About This Service
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SKINN AI LONDON™ website and skin analysis service ("Service") operated by Levent Ustun trading as SKINN AI LONDON (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at skinnai.co.uk.
By accessing or using our Service, placing an order, or completing a skin analysis, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

Not Medical Advice
SKINN AI LONDON is a cosmetic and aesthetic skin analysis platform. Our AI-generated skin reports are intended for general informational and personal guidance purposes only. They are explicitly not:
- A medical diagnosis or clinical assessment
- A substitute for consultation with a dermatologist, doctor, or other qualified healthcare professional
- A regulated medical device under the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002 or EU MDR 2017/745
- Capable of detecting, diagnosing, treating, or preventing any disease or medical condition
The Service analyses visible skin surface characteristics — such as hydration appearance, UV exposure signs, skin tone, texture, and common cosmetic concerns — using AI vision technology. It does not perform clinical examination, biopsies, dermatoscopy, or any diagnostic procedure.
Skin conditions that may require medical attention — including but not limited to suspicious moles, rashes, cystic acne, rosacea, eczema, or psoriasis — should be evaluated by a qualified dermatologist. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by this Service.
If your skin analysis report flags a concern, this reflects the AI's cosmetic observation only and does not constitute a medical finding. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for any health-related concern.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use the SKINN AI LONDON Service:
- You must be 18 years of age or older, or
- Be aged 13–17 with documented verifiable parental or guardian consent provided to us in writing prior to using the Service
- You must be a human individual (not an automated system or bot)
- You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate access and refund payments if we discover a user does not meet these requirements.
We do not knowingly process biometric data of individuals under 13. If you believe a minor's data has been submitted, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Service Description
SKINN AI LONDON provides the following services:
- AI Skin Analysis (paid): You upload a facial photograph and receive a personalised PDF skin report analysing 50+ skin parameters, including Skin Score, biological skin age estimate, hydration assessment, UV damage indicators, pigmentation, and ingredient recommendations. Delivered by email within 30 seconds to 5 minutes of payment.
- Daily Check-in (free): Upload a daily photo for a brief AI skin condition assessment. Stored locally on your device.
- Ingredient Scanner (free): Upload a photo of a product ingredient label for AI-powered compatibility assessment based on your skin profile.
- SkinGPT Chat (free): AI-powered skincare Q&A chatbot for general cosmetic guidance.
- Skincare Routine Builder (included with paid analysis): AI-generated personalised morning and evening routine based on your analysis results.
Service availability is subject to our technical infrastructure and third-party API availability (including Anthropic's Claude API). We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated where feasible.

Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
- Payment is required in full before analysis begins.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Klarna buy-now-pay-later where available.
- Prices may change without notice, but you will always pay the price displayed at the time of your order.
- Occasional promotional pricing may be applied automatically via discount codes. Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.
All transactions are in GBP. Currency conversion fees (if any) are charged by your card provider, not by us.

Refund Policy
Our skin analysis is a digital service. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content does not apply once the service has begun performing with your explicit consent.
By ticking the consent checkbox and clicking "Analyse My Skin", you explicitly request that we begin providing the digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the analysis has commenced.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order reference, the email address used for purchase, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

Gift Cards
- SKINN AI LONDON gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value.
- Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced — treat your gift card code as you would cash.
- Gift cards can only be redeemed against skin analysis services on skinnai.co.uk.
- One gift card may be used per transaction. Gift cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.
- If the analysis cost exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid by card.
- SKINN AI LONDON is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect recipient email address provided at purchase.
Gift card expiry: Unused gift cards expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be extended. We recommend the recipient uses their gift card promptly after receiving it.

Your Obligations
When using our Service, you agree:
- To submit only photographs of yourself — not photographs of third parties, children, celebrities, or AI-generated faces
- To provide accurate information (email address, age if given)
- Not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the Service
- Not to submit images containing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise offensive content
- Not to resell or commercially exploit analysis results without our written permission
- To keep your email address confidential — we cannot verify report recipients
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without refund if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated these obligations.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to the SKINN AI LONDON™ brand name, logo, design, copy, analysis methodology, and PDF report format — is owned by Levent Ustun and protected by UK copyright law.
Your personal skin analysis report is provided to you for personal use only. You may share it for personal reference but may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit its content without our written consent.
You retain full ownership of any photographs you submit. By submitting a photograph you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it through the analysis API. This licence ends when your photo is deleted (within 24 hours of analysis).

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UK law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We do not guarantee that AI-generated skin analysis results will be accurate, appropriate for your specific skin condition, or suitable for clinical or medical use.
- We are not liable for any decisions you make based on your skin analysis report — including product purchases, skincare routine changes, or medical decisions.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis in question.
- We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party API outages (Anthropic, Stripe, Resend), internet connectivity failures, or Cloudflare infrastructure issues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; breach of the implied terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before submitting any personal data.
Key summary: your facial photograph is permanently deleted within 24 hours, we never sell your data, and we never use your images to train AI models.

Changes to the Service & Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not reduce your rights in respect of analyses you have already purchased.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you disagree with a material change, you may request a refund for any unused services within 14 days of notification of the change.

Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Before initiating legal proceedings, we ask that you contact us at [email protected] to attempt resolution informally. We will respond within 5 business days.
For online dispute resolution, EU consumers may also use the European Commission's ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though our primary dispute resolution contact remains [email protected].
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these Terms.
